The unpa Lacto Cica Barrier Cream is a balm-like formula that soothes the skin using 3 tyoes of Centella extracts and barrier strengthening probiotics. Though thick and creamy, the balm melts on contact with your skin, forming a smooth, protective barrier against external aggressors. Its non-sticky, yogurt like texture is easy to spread and absorbs quickly into the skin. A highly moisturising cream, it is suitable for dry, aging and sensitive skin.
The cream helps reduce inflammation and aid skin repair, increasing the skin’s natural resilience. It also brightens dull skin and reduces the formation of fine lines and wrinkles, leaving skin rejuvenated and smoothe. Of the probiotics, Endomyces Ferment Filtrate increases Filaggrin, which is a moisturising factor that helps strengthen the skin barrier, while Streptococcus Thermophilus Ferment, helps increase ceramide synthesis to strengthen the skin barrier..

KEY INGREDIENTS

Cica Complex: Centella works as an antioxidant, and its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties help soothe red, inflamed and irritated skin. ‘Laminin’ is an ingredient contained in Cica. It promotes collagen synthesis and boosts skin cell repair. It also promotes synthesis of ceramide, a key component of your skin barrier, thereby helping repair and strengthen your skin barrier.
