REFUND & RETURN POLICY


At Korikart, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. In case of any inconveniences, we are there to help you.


(1) For Products that arrived damaged or expired…

Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered or damaged or has been expired already. In case, you accept such a damaged or tampered shipment,

  • Kindly contact us by sending an email on support@korikart.com within 7 days of delivery along with the pictures of damaged products.
  • Contact us via call on 7428335888, we will resolve your issue immediately.
  • In case of above product conditions, after receiving the shipment at our facility, the product inspection is done.
  • If the product inspection is verified, refund will be initiated to your bank account, from which the payment is made (such as Credit card/Debit Card), through NEFT within 7-10 working days in the same card.
  • In Case of Cash On delivery, refund will be completed in 10-15 working days.
  • In Case, on Product Inspection, product does not find damaged, same product will be returned to customer including the courier charges.

(2) In case, the wrong Product(s) have been delivered…

In cases, where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue a korikart balance amount for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the seller’s discretion. Issue will not be considered after 7 working days.

Products cannot be exchanged or returned for any other reasons except for the clauses (1) and (2) mentioned above.

In order, for us to receive Products back undamaged, we recommend that you return them in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund or replacement under following conditions:

All items must be returned in the original condition with the product packaging seal, as sent and delivered by Korikart.

(3) Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Goods…

Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, used, without the seal or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

Please be advised that there are certain categories of the products such as food items, used beauty products, clothing, and books on which return/exchange is not applicable as a part of agreement with the brands.

What if you use loyalty points on any order purchase and then cancel the order??

  • On any purchase, you will get some loyalty points, that can be redeemed on next order as a discount. In case, those points are used in the order placing, and then the same order is cancelled due to some reasons, then those loyalty points can not be redeemed back in your korikart account.
  • On registration/sign-up, customers will get 400 loyalty points, that can be used during order processing. These points can be redeemed on very first order placing as well, but in case, order is cancelled after placing, points will not be refunded back to your account.

**20 POINTS = 1 INR**

  • DISCOUNT VOUCHERS: Korikart introduces you with exciting deals and offers every time. But no two discount coupons can be used or redeemed at the same time purchase. Only one discount coupon can be used at one purchase.

All requests for return of product must be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. No return requests after that will be accepted & processed.

Once the goods are accepted for return, the same shall be replaced within 7 working days.
