RETURN | REFUND
WHAT ARE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO THE CUSTOMER?
The customer can pay through several ways;
1. Cash on Delivery: We deliver products to your location and take cash. Just make sure to mention your pin code to see whether the courier company will deliver to your location or not.
2. Debit/Credit Card: We accept payments through debit/credit cards, Master Card, RuPay Card and Visa Card.
3. Net Banking: We also accept payments through net banking as well.
WHAT IF I WISH TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
We do accept returns under certain conditions. These are;
1. The product/packaging has been damaged in the course of the delivery process.
2. The product is beyond the expiry date.
If the product meets the above criteria’s then please get in touch with us and we will happily take back the product. Make sure you return the period within one week from the time of purchase.
Please note that once the product has been used, we will not take it back. Also, if the product does not deliver on its promise then we will not be liable for that.
