1) Order Status

Add the products in your cart. Fill up the required billing details. Redeem any points if available. Click on Place your order and complete the procedure.

2) Cancellations and Refund

Cancellation of your order or specific item(s) is possible through your "Order" section, provided that the order or item(s) have not been shipped yet.

In case you have placed the order as a guest, you can sign up/sign in using the email address used while placing the order, and proceed to cancel the order through the "Order" section.

Following the cancellation of the order, the funds will be refunded to you within 48 business hours.

If you intend to cancel an order that has been shipped but is yet to be delivered, kindly refrain from accepting the delivery.

Upon receiving the product(s) back at our warehouse, we will process the refund within 24-48 business hours.

You can view the status of your order or item(s) under the 'Orders' section.

If you cancel the entire order, the shipping charges will be refunded. However, if you only cancel part of the order, the shipping charge will not be refunded.

Our coupon codes are meant for one-time use only, and once used, they will be considered as redeemed even if the order is cancelled.

In the event of an order cancellation, any reward points that were redeemed will be credited back to your account.

If you used a gift card amount for your order and it gets cancelled, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your gift card.

We have made many korikart products on ebay available for purchase in select countries.

  1. Log in to your eBay account or create a new account if you don't have one already.
  2. Search for the item you want to purchase by typing the name or description of the product in the search bar on the eBay homepage.
  3. Once you find the item you want to buy, click on it to see the product details page.
  4. Read the item description and check the seller's feedback rating to ensure that you're making a safe and reliable purchase.
  5. If you're satisfied with the item and the seller, click the "Buy It Now" button or place a bid if it's an auction.
  6. Follow the prompts to confirm your shipping address, payment method, and review your order details.
  7. Click "Confirm and Pay" to complete your order.

Once your order is confirmed, you should receive a confirmation email with the order details and estimated delivery date.

5) Returns and Refunds

It's possible to monitor the status of your refund by checking the 'Orders' section on either our app or website.

If the order is cancelled prior to shipment, we will initiate the refund process within 24-48 business hours, and the refunded amount will be credited to the original source account.

After the refund is processed, please allow for 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your bank or source account.

Currently, Korikart accepts returns in the following cases:

  • If you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, or
  • If the product ordered was missing from the delivered shipment.

If you encounter any of these issues, you may request a replacement or a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

Here's how to initiate a return:

Step 1: You can initiate a return by either following these steps:

  1. Via the 'My Orders' section: Click on 'Orders', select the order you want to return, click on 'Have a Concern', and proceed to state the reason for the return.
  2. Via the Help Center: Click on 'Have a Concern', select 'Submit a Request', provide your order ID details, and state your request for return, replacement, or refund. Please include an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 2: Once your request is received, we will pick up the item from your specified location. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and bar-codes intact.

Please note that replacement is subject to stock availability. In cases where a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

The following conditions will not be eligible for returns:

  • Requests made after 15 days of order delivery
  • Used or altered products
  • Products damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged
  • Tampered serial number
  • Defective products covered under seller/manufacturer warranty

The following categories are not eligible for return:

  • Electronic products
  • Personal care appliances due to hygiene issues
  • Consumables such as health supplements and pills
  • Promotional products such as lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc.

Please note that during special marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply, which will be visible on the promotion banner. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer care.

At our warehouse, we conduct stringent quality checks on our shipments to ensure that our products are delivered in pristine condition. However, if you receive a damaged item due to shipping or transit, you can request for a replacement or refund within 15 days of receiving your order by following these steps:

Step 2: After receiving your request, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Please note that the availability of stock determines the feasibility of a replacement. If we cannot provide a replacement, we will refund the full amount.

You can't return personal care appliances bought on Korikart due to hygiene issues. But if the product is damaged or defective, please contact support  for assistance at support@korikart.com

Yes, on Korikart, you can initiate a return/replacement at the item level, and for multiple items, you can request for a return/replacement for any individual item. Returns/replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product missing from delivered shipment

If you encounter any of these situations, you can request for a refund or replacement within 15 days of receiving the order. To initiate the process, follow either of these steps:

  1. Go to 'My Orders' section on Nykaa app/website, select the order, and click on 'Have a Concern' to proceed with the reason for return.
  2. Click on 'Have a Concern' in the Help Center, then select 'Submit a Request' and provide your order ID details and request for return/replacement/refund along with an image of the product and the invoice for reference.

You can track the status of your return/replacement on Korikart website in the 'Orders' section, and we will notify you of the status via email/SMS.

Once we receive and verify the returned or replaced products at our warehouse, we process the refund. The refund process depends on the payment method used:

  1. If you paid through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours to the same account used for payment. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
  2. For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer to your billing details within 24-48 business hours of receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
