Refund & Return Policy
At Korikart, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made through our website (https://korikart.com) or the Korikart mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). If you face any inconvenience, our team is here to assist you.
Products that arrived damaged or expired
Please do not accept shipments that are tampered with, damaged, or expired. If you receive such a shipment:
- Contact us by email at support@korikart.com within 7 days of delivery, providing pictures of the damaged products.
- You can also call us at 7428335888 for immediate assistance.
Once the shipment is returned to our facility, it will undergo product inspection:
- If the product is verified as damaged or expired, a refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days to the payment method used (e.g., Credit/Debit Card) via NEFT. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be completed within 10-15 working days.
- If the product is found undamaged upon inspection, the same product will be returned to the customer, including courier charges.
Wrong Products Delivered
In cases where a product accessory is missing, damaged, or defective:
- The seller may either provide a replacement for the accessory or issue a Korikart balance equivalent to the accessory's price, at the seller’s discretion.
- The issue must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.
Products can only be returned or exchanged under the conditions outlined in clauses (1) and (2). To ensure undamaged returns, we recommend returning items in their original packaging. Refunds or replacements will not be provided under the following conditions:
- Items are returned without the original packaging seal.
- Items are damaged, show signs of wear and tear, or have been used.
Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Goods
The following product categories are non-returnable or non-exchangeable:
- Food items
- Used beauty products
- Clothing
- Books
Items returned in worn, used, or damaged condition will not be accepted.
Loyalty Points and Order Cancellation
Korikart provides loyalty points on purchases made via the Platform, which can be redeemed as discounts on subsequent orders:
- If loyalty points are used for a purchase and the order is canceled, those points will not be refunded to your Korikart account.
- On sign-up, customers receive 400 loyalty points, which can be used for their first order. However, if the order is canceled, these points will not be refunded.
Conversion Rate: 20 POINTS = 1 INR
Note: Only one discount voucher can be used per purchase. Multiple discount coupons cannot be combined.
General Return Policy
All return requests must be placed within 7 days of the delivery date, regardless of whether the order was placed via the website or the mobile application. Requests made after this period will not be processed. Once goods are accepted for return, replacements will be provided within 7 working days.
