Shipping and Return Policy

1) Shipping

  • Do not accept tampered, damaged, or expired shipments.
  • If already accepted, email us at support@korikart.com within 7 days with product photos, or call 7428335888 for immediate assistance.
  • After inspection, if verified, a refund will be issued to your bank account within 7-10 working days; for COD, expect 10-15 days. If undamaged, the product will be returned to you.

  • For missing/damaged accessories, a replacement or a Korikart balance equivalent may be provided at the seller's discretion.
  • Claims must be raised within 7 working days; products cannot be exchanged/returned for other reasons.

  • Items showing wear, missing a seal, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Food, used beauty items, clothing, and books are non-returnable per brand agreements.
     

 

  • Loyalty points used on a cancelled order are not refunded to the Korikart account.
  • Sign-up points (400 points = INR 20) can be redeemed on the first order, but cancelled orders will not restore these points.
     

  • Only one discount coupon is valid per purchase.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery; accepted returns will be replaced within 7 working days.

2) Product Delivered

A: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days across India. For Delhi/NCR, orders arrive within 2–3 days, while remote locations such as Nagaland and Jammu & Kashmir may require 5–7 days.
